 We can say with certainty that 2020 was a year to remember, and not fondly. With the pandemic marking basically every month with feelings of fear and uncertainty, it makes sense why a lot of people might have held off on their home selling and home buying plans. The first impression people are going to have on your home is going to be based on what they first see. Make sure the exterior of your house stands out. Start by removing any clutter and unnecessary decorations and then move on to cleaning it and possibly repainting anything that’s looking chipped or still dirty—hint: power washing is your friend. Since it’s winter, and plants aren’t going to thrive in the northern region of the country, be smart with any gardening or landscaping. Evergreens and mulching can go a long way.
